To print a PDF document using Microsoft Word, click the Print button and then click the Save As option. The current custom paper name is also visible in the Save As dialog box. Use the Browse button to locate and select the desired location for the document. In the location pop-up, a page number will be displayed. The Browse button lets the user to browse all of the files currently saved on the computer and choose the desired file. To open the PDF file simply click on the Open button, and then enter the path of the file.
Some older computers do not support the latest drivers for printers. In these instances the user might need to install the right driver before printing a document. To accomplish this, first make sure that the correct driver for the device is installed on the computer. Then download and install the free Print Driver Software. Follow the on-screen directions to install the software and then use the driver software to update the printer driver.
After the Print Driver Software has been installed, the user will need to select the custom size of paper from the Print menu. The user will be presented with the option of choosing from four different custom sizes – Courier, Arial, Glass Lettering and Roman. Use the buttons to change the size of your custom pages. The Print menu is also home to a couple of handy utilities to help the user select custom margins and sidebars. Once the pages are complete you can click the print button.
The new custom paper size is now shown in the printer properties dialog box. The user is able to alter the settings of the printer if required. To save changes, click on the Save tab and then click the OK button.
